Refund Policy
At TanzeeleQuran, we understand that finding the right educational fit is crucial for our students’ success. We are committed to providing an exceptional learning experience and quality teaching. To ensure that our students feel confident in their educational journey with us, we offer a flexible refund policy for our new students.
Trial Class Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our teachers and our curriculum. That’s why we offer all new students a trial class to experience our teaching methods firsthand. If, after the trial class, a student feels that our academy is not the right fit, they are free to cancel their scheduled classes without any obligation.
Flexible Cancellation Post-Trial
Should a student decide to continue with regular classes after the trial period and later chooses to discontinue, we offer a prorated refund based on the number of classes attended. Our policy is designed to be fair and accommodating, ensuring that students only pay for the Online Quran Classes Fees for the education they receive.
Within 10 to 15 Days:
If a student opts out within 10 to 15 days after starting their regular classes, we will issue a refund for the remaining classes not taken, reflecting the Quran Learning Fees already paid.
After 20 Days:
For cancellations after 20 days, we will retain 70% of the total fee to cover the cost of the classes provided, and refund the remaining 30% of the Online Quran Classes Fees.
Beyond 25 Days:
Please note that after 25 days from the start of the regular classes, refunds will not be issued as per our policy, and the full Quran Learning Fees will apply.
